If you cancel your reservation after Nov 30, you will still be charged for the full amount.

Negatives: The room has an awkward smell. Too much noise. Kids were running p and down the halls up to midnight. No phone in the room. Coffee maker and two coffee packs but no sugar or cream. Everything was just thrown on the desk. Maintenance staff was working at the front desk. They didn't know where the front desk attendant was. No breakfast. I won't ever stay here again. My view was of a dirty pool. It's closed for the season they still should keep it up to look presentable for the public. It looks like a swamp at somewhere in Louisiana.
