The hotel was fine, booking.com messed up and I was charged for two rooms

Your booking said this didnt go through, that my card was not accepted, and my booking was cancelled. So I went to the Hotel who confirmed they didnt have a reservation for me, I got a room and paid at the hotel desk, only to see now I was charged for a second room. Now I have the hassle of trying to figure out how to be refunded. Im extremely disappointed in booking.com $147.00 for an error on the website end

The staff were great. Our room had mold. I was told I would receive a partial refund since no rooms were available. I have called since April 1st to only receive a run around and be told to wait for a manager to call me back. The manager is always out.
