La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Lumberton

Negatives: had trouble getting onto the Wi-Fi and they had five different Wi-Fi pages and none of the codes worked. When talking to the staff they were just extremely rude and very unhelpful. They were very disorganized. I stayed in the hotel for 5 days and 4 nights and the room basically smelled like a hamster's cage. I had to call the lobby going on like 10 times for them to replace the TV I had in my room because it was outdated and didn't work I had to physically go down to the lobby to talk to them and they were extremely rude. Since they had already charged my card for the stay and it would have 5 to 10 business days for the money to hit my account I would have got the refund and went somewhere else

Negatives: The room smelt like a dog and the shower faucet barely worked.

Negatives: Cable TV is difficult to navigate between channels.

Negatives: Beds were not very comfortable, but it was ok. Ive had worse. Only a few of the tv channels worked. Most channels were audio only

Negatives: Elevator malfunctioned (stopped) while I was in it between the 2nd and 1st floor. While I was using the emergency call button, the elevator dropped a few inches. That was scary. After talking to emergency services, I tried kicking the door. After a few minutes, it finally opened. I called emergency services back and let them know I was out. Staff didn't seem too concerned. Their response was, "Oh, I thought that was fixed yesterday." Also, the room was full of dust behind items such as the end table, the chair and the bed. They clean where you can see, but don't clean behind things.
