Positives: the indoor pool was great, Free breakfast was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Negatives: The room had a very distinct odor like Body odor, bought a candle but didn't help much. Also the chair in bedroom was soaking wet from something that was spilled in the chair (previous to our stay) you could see the stain and feel the wetness.

Positives: Location was good. Price was good.
Negatives: The room has an odor. Some type of equipment was running in the room to eliminate the odor I guess. The black out drape had a large tear in it. The toilet seat was loose or broken. The remote for the tv needed batteries. The room just needed some little attention.

Positives: Bed was very comfortable.
Negatives: My room had a broke in half ironing board. The iron was covered in black stuff that would ruin your clothes. When i asked for another iron same thing i just didnt iron that weekend. BUT THE BIGGEST THING. I am 6’7 i order two months ahead on the booking app for a king bed like always anywhere i got i always use booking. But i received two queens bed instead. Personally i dnt like two beds in a room and i for use a king bed. But i was told when it comes to booking.com i have to get whats available. I used booking last year with the same hotel no problem getting my king bed thats why i ordered even earlier this year. I get its homecoming weekend but i ordered a king and paid for a king. Why in the world would i have a queen size bed. So i had to sleep with my feet hanging off the end of the mattress. Again the mattress was comfortable but its not what i ordered. And i had to get up to change the channel cause one of the remotes didnt work. I have used booking for over 20 plus hotels in the last three years. Never had a room problem that i paid for, now i might couldnt upgrade or get a room on a certain floor but i always got the room i paid for. I just truly feel that the staff was taking care of alot stuff cause of the hotel being sold out that weekend. But i order two months in advanced i should have had my king room. Because i know others people who ordered well after me and received their king size rooms. If you messed up on the room process and paperwork i get it cause no one is perfect. But say you messed so i can understand that but to down a platform booking that you all partner with is crazy and a spit in the face. That would hurt booking.com business and make people not want to deal with them when they have done nothing. And the phone number online wouldnt ring.
