The stay was very unpleasant, we chose this hotel to rest, we had a medical emergency, my wife had a serious hearing problem and she mentioned it when we arrived to check in, however the person at the reception did not comment anything. They gave us a room in which they were doing repairs all night on Saturday and they continued during the morning of Sunday, people never respected. We contacted the reception on Sunday morning about this situation because it was still 10am and they were knocking on walls, drilling into the rooms. And a few minutes later a maintenance person went to knock on the door, but the annoyance is that he knocked on the door in a disrespectful way making a kind of tone (remembering your mother) and when I opened the door I said to this person, why did you knock on the door like that and he just laughed, I told him again why do you do that and do you know what that way of knocking on the door means, the name of this maintenance person is called Jason. A 24 year old guy who I would have already kicked out of if I had suggested it. The staff at this hotel is always cleaning even when it is not time to check out. The room is not cheap and you still have to put up with noise and idiocy from the people they hire. I do not recommend that you stay at this hotel. I did not check the comments they have. Please do not let yourself be influenced
