the customer service person in the front reception provided horrific service she works over night, elder woman red hair. i called ahead stating i was arriving at 3am and i called ahead around 10:30 spoke with her and told her and she said we can’t check in she was going to charge me for two nights, gave me attitude. told me i can leave and go elsewhere.
