Negatives: The staff was not very attentive. John had clear instructions from Booking reps, to let me in my room because I had already paid. (Their systems were malfunctioning) It was an issue on the hotels behalf, not myself or Booking.com. John made us wait, after our 5 hour drive, about an hour and a half, just to tell us that he would no longer like to accommodate us due to his systems. Awful experience, especially because I was so patient with him. Looks very sketch as well, so I wouldnt recommend staying here and Im glad we dodged a bullet.

Positives: Good location and accepted pets. Breakfast selection was good most of the time. Room entry keys were improved. Honored my room request.

Negatives: Bath tub was very slippery and no safety hand rails. Major safety issue. No supply of poop bags as in the past. Front desk attendant was very difficult to understand. No room phone to call the front desk or room to room.
