Positives: The employees are very friendly, the breakfast is really good, and the location is great. It's close to a gas station, so that's really nice. The room itself was very big and the TV worked.
Negatives: Unfortunately the hotel is close to a busy street and the street noise drifted into the room throughout the night .. when traffic wasn't going by I was constantly hearing doors slamming and people talking in the hallway. The bed was very hard and the bathroom was dirty. I decided to clean it instead of complaining, because I didn't see the point. They would've just offered to move me and I already had all my stuff in the room.

Positives: The staff was nice and helpful.
Negatives: My toilet didn’t work ,the vent in my bathroom didn’t work, and the sink in my kitchenette had become completely detached from the countertop. I was careful to run water in it as it would simply just fill up the cabinetry. The paint was peeling and the door in the shower was a little tough to move. Just a lack of maintenance was obvious. I stayed in room 303 if you want to check

Positives: If I have to pick. I'd say location.
Negatives: The fact reservation was made 2 months in advance for check-in at 3:00 and the room wasn't ready until 4:30 and still had to pay full price on top of have to deal with asshole at the front desk on a power trip! The patron checking in before us had to deal with the same crap! This was NOT what I was expecting from such an established company.
