Positives: Close to the highway but because of that you could hear the road noise due to the door not getting a good seal from the outside.
Negatives: The bed linen was dirty with a stains that looked like old blood. The road noise made it hrs to sleep the tv remote did not work and the linens had a funky smell too them probably because they hadn’t gotten changed. And when asked the front about it they said there was nothing they could do cause I had booked online but yet they took my payment at the hotel.

Positives: I liked the location. The room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable.
Negatives: My room was upstairs which meant I had to climb up some stairs which I didn’t care for and there was a sketchy looking man standing outside his room when we first parked. The breakfast options were very limited and not appealing.

Negatives: The hotel was out of soap, said we could talk to the manager in the morning. We checked in around 10:30 pm with a night access door?!? Was very weird, in a small clear cubicle. I guess the area is not the best? I’ve never experienced a checkin like this one. Would not stay again.

Positives: Nothing. The staff made it a bad experience.
Negatives: I made my reservation through Booking.com way ahead of time. I drove 13 hrs. Arrived at the hotel, and the office guy told me that he didn't have a king-size bed, only 2 queen bed rooms. I told him I didn't mind whatever he gave me, I'm just tired and want to go to sleep. He said no, if you want that room you will have to pay extra. That is totally unacceptable. It is not my fault he allowed the overbooking of king beds, and now he didn't have one available for me. Why should I pay extra. He decided he was going to cancel my booking, so I could go around town to look for another hotel, unless I paid the extra money. It is very upsetting, and nobody should have to go through this treatment. I told him I would give them a bad review, and he said he didn't care. I had to call booking to resolve the situation. Thanks to Booking.com, I was able to get my room at no extra charge. The AC will not go lower than 72°!!
