The big major issue was with YOU - BOOKING.COM did not get me a room! When I arrived, I did not have a room!!!! I will NEVER use Bookign.com again. I was so upset, exhausted and angry because I expected no issues, but I had to purchase another room and I am not paying you $187 for NOTHING!! Please refund my money to my credit cared immediately!
