Positives: 1. I book thru Bookings and your hotel never have my reservation. 2. Sofa worn out dirty 3. Door to bathroom squiks 4. Your hotel charges $50 and according to your help it's in case room is damaged or items stolen. This situation hardly ever happens, so the charge. Even if you reimburse. 5. Shower tub is rushed no good, replace it. 6. Well things just need to be remodeled or updated.
