Negatives: The bathroom we were in wasn't well maintained it had a few chips in the paint in the bathtub. The next morning at 8:00 they started cleaning up the breakfast area before my mother could even eat, so I had to quickly make her breakfast so she can eat when the breakfast area closes at 9:00.
