This was the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying. Room was dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke eventhough it was a non smoking room. Wifi didn't work. Left after 3 hours of check in. Hotel is NOT safe for single women who travel alone.

The staff said they have no rooms available and our confirmation number doesn't matter and sent us on our way after driving 13 hours through the Colorado, New Mexico and Texas heat.
The staff told us to call Booking.com for ANY refund, reimbursement or compensation.
She didn't even apologize for ANY inconvenience!

Great location! Many resturants and shops within walking distance and close to major highways.
Negatives:
There was rarely a staff person at the desk when you needed something and no clear instruction for contacting one. Hallways had bad odor "Breakfast on the go" was misleading. A muffin and coffee is not "breakfast." Staff told me they had no spoo

Waited 15 min looking for attendant to check us in. Was assigned a room and found roaches in the shower. Then given a second room and the room appeared clean but it had nats flying around the bed. Looked under the bed had molded food and dirty clothes.

took awhile for someone to get to the counter, didnt bother telling us the pool was shut down,there was no breakfast or coffee made, the room was dirty, the pull out couch had a ton of crumbs inside of it so we couldnt use it.

The room was not very clean. Hair everywhere, I cleaned the bathtub out and it was nasty. There was a dead roach in the kitchen. If I knew they were not going to actually have breakfast I would of went somewhere else cause frozen muffins isn't breakfast.
