Negatives: The room layout was confusing. Light switches in odd locations. Mattress was hard. The cable was not working properly half the channels only had audio no video and they were the channels I wanted to watch.

Positives: Good location. Inexpensive with clean rooms. Hot water heater is now working well. Courteous staff.

Negatives: This is a beach hotel and no complimentary morning coffee, apple nor orange juice in the main office is standard at most of the hotels on the island but rather one gets only the two small packets of coffee in ones room.

Positives: On the main street in Port Aransas. Accessible to all restaurants and the charter fishing docks. Price was the best available for our stay dates. Room was small. Traffic and noise in the parking lot.

Negatives: No breakfast or coffee available at the hotel. Had to ask for extra coffee for the room. Staff was not always available, even on checkout at 9:00 a.m.
