The stay is advertised as breakfast included. The fact is that, their breakfast is only coffee/tea and granola bar/oatmeal combination. Just a coffee bar with snacks

We paid for a king and got 2 doubles. The bed was dirty and the sheets had not been changed on one bed because there was dirt and hair on them. Overall would not stay there again.

Poor customer service. The lady at the front desk appeared untrained and unprofessional. She demanded that I have to pay $80 for a reservation I already made. She became rude when I tried to explain to her that I already made payment. I was shocked.

main issue is: I booked for 7 days. No pots, pans, utensils of any kind, plates, bowls, cups, glasses. Nothing. They "ran out". The ONLY Reason WE BOOKED HERE SO WE COULD SAVE SOME MONEY BY COOKING FOOD BROUGHT TO HOTEL. Lack of caring from hotel Manager
