Positives: The room was quite spacious and comfortable. Easy access to room with parking right at the door. Room was very clean and tidy. I loved the precheck in by message!! It was nice to receive a WELCOME message too. I actually used the messaging to request extra pillows while we were away from the room, I was answered immediately and when we returned, the pillows were waiting on us on the love seat! Amazing guest services!!!! The breakfasts were nice, not a large buffet style, but very accommodating with a pretty good variety of hot and cold foods , juices, milk, coffee, tea etc.

Negatives: Personally, I didn't care for the coffee. But I am from Louisiana and love a deep, dark roast coffee (Community Brand). So if you are the same, the coffee is a little weak. But if you enjoy a mellow cup of coffee, then I am sure you will enjoy it. Just a matter of opinion and taste differences. It was fresh, hot and ready for you to enjoy!

Positives: Couldn't comment on breakfast because it started at 7 am and I had an appointment at 6:30am. The room was adequate and equivalent to the rate. The room was clean.

Negatives: The room was a little musty smelling. You could tell it was an older building. Due to nearness of I-35, there was constant vehicle noise all night long.

Positives: Clean, attentive staff, turndown service even on a two night stay, bathroom amenities all working well. Room AC worked as well as can be expected. Great price for the quality of facilities.

Negatives: Discovered upon entering that room allowed smoking. Combined with dust, triggered my allergies. If you stay during the winter, blankets are a little thin.
