Staff is always amazing. I arrived late to get breakfast on Christmas day, I asked what time breakfast began and realized I was really late as I was getting coffee the lady cleaning asked if I wanted to get cereal or yogurt.
This was one of the reasons we stay at this hotel. She didn't have to be hospitable.
On the day we checked out i forgot a bag of shoes. The manager shipped them overnight.

The room smelled like urine. The bathroom shower had mildew. The bathroom sink still has toothpaste in it..the room was dusty . There was something splattered on the walls in the bathroom.
We never got clean towels or sheets when we were away.

Negatives:
Not a big deal, but there was a very strong perfume smell all over the lobby. I didn't care for it. It smelled like strong cologne. Maybe try a lighter soft scent.
