Positives:
Location to convention center. Although, the door didn't work to get there.
Negatives:
Hallway floors were dirty and sticky. Bathroom door could not open easily. Had to have family cone let us out. Volume in TV didn't work. Mattress covers stained. Chipped paint everywhere. Horrible price for what we got.

The hotel was great. It was your customer service that let me down. I had requested an extra day thru Booking.com. Your rep said she called the hotel and got us a 2nd night. Hotel didn’t receive request. We got locked out of our room. Hotel accommodated us at same price. Kudos to them.

Pool and hot tub were nice
Negatives:
First our room wasn't cleaned (bed unmade, trash still in the room) when we got there at midnight. Called the front desk, told to go to another room on the floor, AGAIN, the room wasn't cleaned. It's already midnight and they are finding a room for my family. The next morning we call for towels and trash bags. Didn't receive them until after 9pm after we called and went downstairs multiple times. We get "I'm just so busy down here." when service is being requested. Trying to check out and they don't have dolly's at all. Having to take down a family of 4 items (including infant items) Oh abd our fridge stopped working.
