The location was easy to get to, even with all the construction. Well lit, great water pressure, comfy bedding

The TV speakers were acting like it was under water or blown. Then the fire alarm in the room went off while I was sleeping, and immediately afterwards, the TV screen goes black and starts to sound off all crazy

We didn't like the steep stairs. There was no hand rails and the stairs were small. Had to descend the stairs sideways.

Positives:
Just this old style of really entertaining your kids. Wasn't on a family trip but you could tell every kid that was there was taking advantage of the old school entertainment center of the hotel. The breakfast staff were excellent, clean and keeping breakfast supplied.
Negatives:
Had to switch rooms due to a TV malfunction. Come to think of it, I probably should have stayed in the room with the bad TV.

The atrium area. The pool was clean, the food in the restaurant was good but a but pricey.
Negatives:
When I booked online, I was given a price of $80 plus tax for a room with 2 double beds. At check-in, I was charged $147. When I questioned it, I was told my price was $95 plus tax plus a $40 incidental. I told the gentleman what it said when I booked and even pulled it up on my phone that the cost was ($80 plus tax), and he was adamant that it was the $95 plus tax plus incidental. This was an emergency trip, and I wasn't prepared to pay $147, although the $40 came off, it took 7 or so business days. There was no microwave in the room, the air didn't work very well.
