Positives: Lyft was easy to get, parking was fine, and location for Alamo Dome / Riverwalk was good.

Negatives: No towels, No toilet paper, we went and bought our own. They said they didn't have any and even though they had "pool" towels with nobody swimming, you couldn't get a towel for your room.

Positives: The location is excellent. Walking distant to everything Riverwalk and easy access to highway if going elsewhere. Parking is easy. The staff is very friendly. There are a few things I had issues with - but overall, they were minor and so it didn’t ruin the trip and no reason to raise a fuss.

Negatives: Our shower head didn’t work properly - water just poured out on one side of it as if the part with the spray holes wasn’t attached all the way or something. If you pressed the spray hole part into the shower head while showering it worked, but who wants to take a shower while having to continuously hold the shower head together? The trash can in the room part needed a serious cleaning - there was gunk all over the bottom of the inside of the can. We only had one washcloth - at least two wash cloths would be ideal. One of the elevators (the one closest to the parking garage) was out of order - but you have more elevators you can use. The elevators could use a good cleaning - looks like the floors haven’t been cleaned for quite sometime.

Positives: I took a Premium room and the carpet were smelling so bad, and it was damage. No tower inside the room and when i went to asked for one they gave me towers without any plastique Emballage to keep it clean. I feel like i overpaid for the room.

Negatives: i didnt like to enter in an durty hotel from the parking to the room. Carpet, Elevator, Room smell. 164 USD for such hotel is not fair.

Positives: Room was spacious. Not too far from the San Antonio River Walk

Negatives: 1. Check-in is too late (4pm) I arrived 1 hour and 30 minutes before so they made me pay a fee to check-in before their 4 PM check-in time. This is the first time that a hotel makes me pay an early check-in fee. 2. The shower had mold, even though, I tried to clean it, it didn't go away. A guest next door was extremely loud for 1 hour during rhe night. I called the front desk to report the situation and no one picked up the phones (3 attempts). Tub is slippery. This was a 50-70 dls room not a $150 dls room.
