My bathroom was clearly not cleaned before my arrival. I couldnt control the room temperature because the thermostat was deactivated. There was trash left in my room from the last occupants. Finally, the sink and bathtub were clogged and drained slowlly.

Good location. Room was roomy with lots of electrical outlets. Kitchen was nice and it was clean. The social hour dinners were pretty decent.

Run down. Trim fell off when we opened the microwave door. Desk lamp didn't work. AC programed & set @85 degrees, had to manually adjust but would change 2 hours later to 85. Couldn't input tv channel on remote - had to go channel up or down.

Hotel employee at desk is very indifferent, rude. This was one of my favorites, stayed here before, but has changed. Thieves are stealing newer trucks directly in front of Ofc. Phone & anothers backpack with govt laptop stolen by guest on drugs. No security.

The girls working at the front desk were very friendly and accommodating and helped me out a bunch! I really appreciated staying there and with them working with me and making sure we had everything we need! I would definitely stay there again we have stayed several.
Negatives:
The one African American lady i believe was anew start but she charged me pet fee after we left and had put us on the 5th floor when we had stayed recently for over a week and i thought it was weird but i had made it clear and they knew we had pets that we paid for prior and so not sure how we got charged without signing anything.

The cleanliness there was trash, left over under the sink in the kitchenette area. The tub doesnt look like its been clean ever there was dirty dishes in the fridge. Other than the cleanliness the hotel was great.
