Positives: The front desk was VERY helpful and sweet! I checked in at 2am after another hotel cancelled my reservation without warning. The lady at the front was super nice, caring and helpful. The whole stay was nice from the check in to the housekeeping. The pool was open but cold as expected during this time of the year. I am booking this hotel again for my May trip
