Positives: The staff. Emily went beyond for me. Our original room smelled of smoke. And she went above & beyond and switched us to a new room for the 2nd night.

Negatives: The 4th floor way has a smell. We originally had room 429 and it smelled of smoke & musk so bad. We got moved to 417 the 2nd night. And it was a huge improvement. But that moist musk smoke smell was still around. Just a lot less.
