Convenient location, ample parking.
Negatives:
Breakfast was mediocre, stale omelettes for example. Housekeeping was a nightmare, though they claim service is every other day, they missed it. Despite us calling and scheduling again, they delayed cleaning by 36 hours. It was a mess! Do not recommend!

We arrived Thursday... we went to eat hotel breakfast bar Friday and Saturday and there was no orange juice dispensing , and no other fruit option but oranges.

Hotel employee was very helpful. Location close to 59. Decent breakfast. Large screen TV. Kitchenette helpful. Ample parking.

We stayed in two different rooms so the below applies to both: Housekeeping was not consistent, even when requested. Shower temperature was warm - not hot. Key cards didn't work well. No central A/C. Lock on bathroom doors don't work well.

Location was near the concert venue we were attending. The hotel was adjacent to a grocery and multiple restaurants so when we missed the breakfast deadline we were near a First Watch for brunch.

There wasn't any real negatives I could think of for a one night stay.

The room was clean, attractive and even had a kitchenette and a lounge area so that we could feel right at home. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. The location was great too with easy access to restaurants, shopping and the conference center.

I was charged the deposit fee on the day I checked out after being told I had a credit. Then had to call back to sort out being refunded. There was also a giant cricket by the elevator for days before housekeeping finally got rid of it.
