Positives: The location.

Negatives: The bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned and there was a big booger on the floor. The bottom sheet had what looked like a blood smear and a spot of some sort of bodily fluid (about 3? x 4?) - it may have been a stain; I slept on the other side.

Positives: The location was ideal.

Negatives: The room and hotel were very dirty. Our room smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. There was dirt on the sheets. I did not feel comfortable staying there so I took my family to a different hotel. We will not stay at a red roof inn.

Negatives: Housekeeping. I've stayed in this motel twice both times there was hair in the bathroom and the floor was dirty whoever cleaned that room half cleans it.
