Positives: The friendly front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. BUT THE Rooms are not at all what the pictures look like on the website! False advertisement

Negatives: The rooms are dirty and and we're not swept or mopped. It's tile or hard floors, whatever it's called, and the pictures of the rooms on the website aren't the same rooms here at all! THAT'S DEFINITELY FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AND I'M HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED

Negatives: I needed to change my stay, he (evening front desk) said I needed to handle it. Then when I rebooked he said there were only king rooms left. Ok.. no problem. I ask him for a ground floor, he then tells me it's a 2 dbl bedroom, not a king. I also was traveling with my ESA and had to pay a pet fee although when I called earlier in the day I was told no pet fee bc they take ESA.
