The staff was pleasant. The breakfast warm hot and tasted ok. Elevators worked, unlike last time. I felts safe at this facility and it's a great location.
Negatives:
Room smelled like mold, towels felt damp and smelled moldy. Hot water and water pressure were terrible. The bed covers had actual dirt on them. I would love to have an refund offered as it was just not a comfortable stay. The moldy smell came back on my luggage & clothing.
