Negatives: Terrible experience elevators not working, only rooms available were on the third floor. Staff did not want to accommodate us on first floor when we requested we are senior citizens and have difficulty climbing stairs. Staff was very quick to offer us to cancel our reservation explaining we will not be charged for our reservation because they can over ride any charges. Staff could not provide an estimate time when elevator would be repaired and again ask if we wanted to cancel. Staff not willing accommodate or work with us or provide other locations nearby. Our reservation was cancelled and we stayed at different location

Positives: The breakfast was great. I loved that they had hot fresh oatmeal each day of my stay. The coffee was great too. I appreciated that they had to go cups with lids & individual International Delight creamers.

Negatives: Elevator was broken for my entire 3 day stay. Thank goodness I only walked with a carry on. I was located on the 3rd floor/ top floor.
