I liked the Air conditioning. I liked the mini fridge and microwave. The location was close to the freeway

This is really a hole. From the plastic bucket planters outside to the abandoned pool, this reminded me of revenge of the nerds when they went to that "resort" in Mexico. about as bat as you could imagine

About the worst hotel you could imagine
Positives:
It was a place to lay down after a long day of baseball.
Negatives:
There was no shampoo or lotion. Just a cheap bar of soap. People slamming the doors all night long. There were only 3 towels in the room. The pool was getting worked on. You could hear all the traffic from the freeway all night long

Just off freeway only thing I can think of is the restaurants close early and make it a little hard to get something to eat but I made it work

Pool pictured was not available. No exercise facility. No outlets for any electronics. No counter in the bathroom for anything. The driveway had huge potholes leading to the hotel.

There seems to be a new manager. Outside the rooms seems to have improved since I've been there last. The rooms have always been very clean. The price is good for the value

Still a little worn in the hallways. It shows signs of improvement. I'm a regular customer. I've never been disappointed in the rooms. They've always been clean.
