Positives: I was there to recover from surgery and have a follow-up procedure. My husband was well-treated and enjoyed his breakfasts (I was unable to eat), and the staff respected our request to just let me sleep. We were there for two days of perfect rest!
Negatives: We were about 5 minutes from the surgical center--location was perfect. We've stayed there before and it never lets us down.

Positives: There was a woman working the front desk in the morning who was awesome! The coffee had run out and she was making more and offered fill my cup before it was done. Simple thing but more than I expected.
Negatives: This is not really the hotels fault but I had extremely noise neighbors across the hall. Adults screaming, kids crying and doors slamming until midnight. I was tired enough that I fell asleep but I probably should have asked to move.

Negatives: Room was dirty. Toilet had to be flushed a certain way or it continued to run. TV remote needed new batteries. Breakfast was not normal Hampton. It had no muffins only dry bread. Offered no fresh fruit. We usually love Hamptons but not this time

Positives: Everything was clean and staff was great.
Negatives: We went down to breakfast at 9. Almost every thing was gone. They did bring out some sausage and scrambled eggs. But no OJ, oatmeal, had to ask for Syrup, waffle mix was out. No fruit, no milk, no cream cheese. Very disappointed!
