It was clean and the staff were polite.
Negatives:
The hotel was more of a motel. The pictures are a little misleading, room was small although clean and tidy. Although the location is good on driving into the property we saw a man in a dressing gown (midday) and a few other things we didn’t like so we actually did not stay.

Good, about par with more expensive hotels/motels. Powdered eggs got old as the same as previous hotel. Overall pleased.
Negatives:
Room seems sparse, not homey, always feel because I have pet room (chihuahua) I am not getting their best. Bed comfortable however.
Had to get extra towels to put at bottom of entrance door as at least 2 to 3“ gap. Elder bugs kept coming in. How does that get missed? Peep hole so high I could not reach to use.
Had to ask for a toilet brush as a bit of fesces still in bowl. Ugh!
When we checked in was not welcomed, nor told time and place for breakfast. When returned to office observed new guest receive complimentary water and chips, none offered to us.
Finally loud party made much noise at night about midnight lasted for an hour and woke us up.

Positives:
This hotel is at a perfect location for downtown activities. It is impeccably clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and very competent. The complimentary hot breakfast has something for everyone.
Negatives:
Grab bars in the tub would be nice, and like all the hotels, the toilets are just too low to the ground.

Spouse became ill and we could not stay. When we checked out, the staff said they wouldn't charge us for the room. We had only been there about two hours. They were so nice about it. This is one of our favorite places to stay because of this kind of service.

Excellent Stay! Everything was so...
Positives:
The hotel was upmarket with a hot tub and swimming pool. The room was excellent but, as with most hotels, the lighting is accent only and what is required is a good centre light. The breakfast was excellent and from 6am to 10.30am, which is a good time. The Location was in a quiet area but, being in a Morman state, the whole area was quiet, e.g. no pubs or bars and certainly no places selling alcohol.
Negatives:
Arriving late at night there were no places open for a meal, only coffee shops and we did not find any markets for off the shelf meals.
