We have booked a large room with 2 queen bed and 1 sofa bad which is a perfect fit for our need but very disappointed with the horrible sofa bed, springs of the sofa bed would pierce into the body and cause an injury, if slept whole night. Queen beds are too cushiony and would bump into each other if two people were to sleep on one bed. We had finally sleep on the floor requesting front desk to give us extra comforters to create a padding and sleep on the floor. House keeping were so much annoying , they had knocked our doors for around 4 times starting at 8:30 to service the room even though our checkout was at 11:00am. We had booked this hotel to take good rest however had a terrible stay and made our day very tiring for our long drive. Finally AC wasnt working really well, it would get turn off every few minutes and make room very hot and discomforting.
