When I walked in it had a weird smell. The elevator didn't work. The room was dirty the pillows had stains on it the sheets were worn like they've never been changed. The AC and heating unit had white powder in it smells like cigarettes. The towels look like they were used the tops of the table and dresser look like they haven't been cleaned and stains all over them. Real Dusty. There were splatter on the curtains and walls don't know what it was but not clean. This is not my first time staying in a quality inn.

Honestly the place is falling apart and it’s only barely cheaper than the nicer places around it. Staff is nice tho they’re good

When I got there they said there was no booking under my name. They said I need to call booking.com. I couldn't figure out how to get ahold of any. I ended paying for a room because we were tired. When I looked at my bank statement I noticed we got charged twice. I need my money back from booking.com
