Negatives: Were unable to check in because of a computer problem where my credit card won't go through. Front desk person was rude and condescending. Spent better part of the time conversing with a co-worker, not relating to the problem. After a frustrating amount of time, we cancelled and left. Room had been pre-paid. Late that night, a charge of $300 was put on my credit card. Fraud alert sent to me by the credit card company. This has been resolved but the room charge is still on my card. Fraud unit looking into this matter.
