Property was good, clean and easily accessible.
Negatives:
AC unit in room 334 was noisy, turning on every 4 minutes then off for 4 minutes on and on and on!!! It was the noisiest unit I’ve ever heard throughout my travels in other properties!!!! Didn’t sleep well at all!!

Good breakfast but the hockey teams that trashed the entire hotel also trashed the breakfast room
Negatives:
The hockey teams were disrupting the hotel - kids running up and down the hallways. Parents were in the lobby drinking with no concern that their kids basically ruined everyone else’s stay. There were people at the front desk complaining throughout our stay. The security officer was rude, ignoring me and useless to what was happening in the hotel.

We arrived very late so it was difficult to locate the entrance to to hotel, had to ask at the restaurant how to find so if there was signage to direct you, it was difficult to see at night
