Positives:
Bed comfort. Clean. E l elevator was easy access. We'll lit hallways. Close to restaurants walking distance. Felt safe walking thru the entrance.
Negatives:
The breakfast. 3 boiled eggs were open. All 3 open boiled eggs had bad smell, texture and color. Sausage pattie didn't look fully cooked.
I heard doors slamming during the night. Didn't like having a joining room, even if having door separating rooms.

The check-in and check out process. The person who checked me in was extremely curt/rude in the manner that she spoke to me. It was unprofessional. The person who checked me out wasn't any better.
I requested to be moved from the first room because of the loud intermittent buzzing noise all night. The second room was not presentable upon arrival. The sheets had stains and tub area had a used washcloth still there. The tubs in both rooms were pretty dingy. The house keeping manager quickly rectified the situation.

Location. The evening and morning front desk staff seemed nice.
Negatives:
There was deterioration of the wall near the window, sloppy dry wall and painting. The mattresses for badly stained. There was no protection on the beds or pillows. There were crumbs on the mattresses. This was the case in both rooms(as I had to be moved because I had to kill this huge roach). My first room 512 and my second room 412. The night shift front desk clerk seemed perturbed with me for complaining.

Positives:
The location is decent. It was about 5 minutes from where I had business meetings.
Negatives:
1- the lady at front desk was not very helpful at check in. I had to ask where the gym is. Where the pool is . What time the breakfast is. Etc. she even said, “I’m here because my manager asked me to , I even don’t like to talk to people”. I wonder why she chooses this business if she doesn’t like to talk to people.
2-the rooms are pretty old and not maintained. I.e the rooms door was not sealing the gaps when doors were closing. There light and noise coming through. I don’t know what was going on , but the house keeping was cleaning the next rooms at 11pm and 4am in the morning, besides that the timing is so odd the noise coming through door was annoying.
3- the breakfast area was nasty. In 10 minutes I was out there, I saw two big cockroaches.
The whole hotel was packed with construction workers.( nothing wrong with construction workers) but the dirty boots and safety wests and big trucks all around. Isn’t kind of thing a person who wants to say in calmly and neat space is expecting. Or in a three star hotel. I think this should be hostile or a motel.

The hotel is old and feels dirty although I’m sure they do basic cleaning. The hot has been broke for months although they told us it was working the day before our arrival which as the whole point of choosing this hotel. Beds so hard we couldn’t sleep on them. Would not consider a refund even for the false advertisement of spa/hot tub working.

Homeless person in the workout place. Lied about hot it was unusable called day before said it works. Out of toilet paper.

You charged me a total of 711.68 for 3 nights? My sister stayed there for 3 nights and paid 415.00 for the same room with 2 beds? Where was the difference? I feel like Booking .Com took me to the cleaners!! And to add insult , two hours later send me a text saying you are charging 50.00 more each night for “ incidentals” ?? And you ask me how I liked my stay at the Battlefield Blvd. Hampton Inn?? How would you like it?? I was robbed!!!!!!

The bathroom door that popped every time you opened it- loudly; the bed my son slept in that creaked so bad that everytime he rolled over it woke me up too; the water pressure in the sink barely enough to shave by; and I asked the lady behind the desk for bottle water- no- we don’t give out bottle water!! Minutes later a railroad worker asked for water- same woman, she turned and gave him 2 bottles from behind her desk!! I’ll never use Booking . Com. again and never stay at a Hampton Inn unless you want to make this right!!!
