Staff member Brenda was accommodating, and breakfast was nice.
Negatives:
Laura was not very professional when I tried to tell her about the $1000 error on my travel card. Despite several attempts, I still needed to reach out to Brenda to address the error. Total stay via Booking was to be $344.08. EVEN AT THIS MOMENT, there is a $458.78 charge pending. Still not resolved despite screenshots etc.

The room was immaculately clean and very comfortable. The staff were polite and professional. Breakfast was delicious with many options.
Negatives:
The only aspect I didn't particularly like was the location, mainly because we had to visit friends who live in Annandale, which is approximately 25 minutes away via the highway. However, this has nothing to do with the hotel. If we visit the DC in the future, we will considering staying at this hotel again.

In the morning hours between 8am-11am it was very very loud in the hallways from the housekeepers. That was very annoying being woke up.

My room was eight floors up and highway noise was still noticeable, not the hotels fault.
