Entrance door was broke, got stock in smoking because our room was under repair, no breakfast, elevator to 3 floor was broke for 2 days, difficult access to get to hotel.

The property was infested with roaches I let the front desk personnel know they had I dont care attitude about it . I ask for upper management number and name he had no knowledge very inappropriate service I checked out early!

My housing cleaning lady was the Daughter of a fellow veteran and the SUPERIOR attitude she displaced wiped out negativity from my thoughts. She was encouraging and pleasant. Thank you Candlewood Suites for another wonderful experience.

WiFi kept going in and out, as was the TV, had to wait for water to get hot. They moved me to a different room, soap dispensers in bath were broken, toilet seat was basically coming off. Certain lights didnt work, microwave didnt work and stove wasnt working either. I would like a refund, manager said she would compensate me and hasnt. Not a good way to run a business!!!
