Great location. Nice breakfast with great omelette and pancakes on weekends.
Negatives:
No cleaning up the room at all without letting us know at check-in. Pack and play was not in the room when we arrived and we confirmed it the day before. No sheet at all with it. We had to ask for an extra sheet and go back to the reception to get it.

It was the worst stay ever at a Hilton Garden Inn.
Very rundown hotel, needs major renovation. Also, it was extremely noisy! Kids running around in the hallway screaming until 10pm. People coming in and out of rooms till midnight, slamming doors. Music playing outside till 10pm. Overall, I will never stay there again. Could not sleep and a miserable experience. I am a Hilton Honors member and expect much better.

The lobby, gym, and pool area were clean. There was always fresh water, cookies, and popcorn downstairs.
Negatives:
My 19 month old daughter woke up with what appears to be bed bug bites on our second night there. The one trip we don’t bring her portable crib, this happens. Had to go to urgent care and rack up a bill while on vacation. Not fun. We spoke to the front desk attendant and they allowed us to move to another room, but then attempted to rush us to move all our things although we told them we would be leaving for at least 2 hours to go to lunch. The front desk attendant said she needed our things out quickly so housekeeping could clean the room before check in time. I find it very disgusting they would flip the room that fast after we alerted them to the issues. For reference, we stayed in 221.
