Negatives: I didn't like the Mold in the bathroom, I'd Checked in the day before on the 24th of December. Christmas morning on the twenty-fifth I went to breakfast at nine thirty-three a m I was told at that time that breakfast closed at nine o'clock. The night clerk had written ten am on my key cover. The morning desk clerk confirmed 10 AM until the lady from the kitchen yelled," That's only on the weekends." The clerk retracted and agreed with the kitchen lady. Please note. This was on Christmas morning, And I was not even allowed to have one cup of coffee. When I came back that evening. My room had not been cleaned. The bed had not been made. The bathroom had not been cleaned. There were no clean towels, The room's complimentary coffee and tea were not replaced. But what upsets me most was when I walked away the morning that I was not allowed to have breakfast, the lady called me an old white mother fucker under her breath. Do I forgive them for their ignorance, or do I write a review For social media platforms and Google, Which should reach nearly 200000 people? What also upsets me is that they charged my card immediately. Which was to be used only to hold the room. When my sister upgraded for an additional night , They would not allow her to pay for both nights on the family credit card. The charges were put on my personal bank card. Caused by account to be overdrawn. And this is not the first time that I have had trouble with this same hotel, the month before they charged me for my service Animal, $25, and a $50 deposit. Negatives: Asked for extra towels they never came, asked at check in what time breakfast was the girl told me until 11. Came down for breakfast at 10:45 and was told it ended at 9

Negatives: Bathroom door would not shut, lousy water, pressure in the shower… the bed was extremely uncomfortable too stiff

Negatives: Very noisy...someone stomping and running in hallway above us all night...2nd night we had not been able to go to sleep by 4am so we just packed up and left for 7 hour drive on no sleep

Negatives: The room was small, with just one chair and a desk. The back door to the hotel would not close easily so, it was often open a few inches. Someone knew how to close it but it wasnt easy and it didnt close by itself.

Negatives: Horrible smell, like dirty feet and cooking rotten cabbage. Carpet smelt of dirty feet.

Negatives: This weekend was the town oyster roast, so the price was higher than we expected to pay.

Negatives: No staff, no housekeeping. Smelled musty
