Negatives: Our reserved king room was not available when checking in at 4:00 pm and was told it may take at least 1 hour to be prepared. We had to go to a double queen instead.

Positives: The room was spacious and had places in the lobby for using your laptop. The front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful

Negatives: Only complaint is we asked for a blanket and pillow case to use on the pullout couch and never received them. There was no way to contact the front desk from the room because they were upgrading the system.
