Positives: It was close ti my event and downtown.

Negatives: It was way over priced for the quality. Barely enough parking. The room was very dated. And the room smelled like smoke when we arrived. And couldn't use coffee maker in the room because someone threw the coffee basket away. When I took the front desk this, they didn't seem to care. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
