I was inside and it was raining outside.
Negatives:
Dirty bed covers dirty bathroom and the toilet actually had pieces of who knows what?? But it was nasty. Then they charged me 25$ for my 18 lb dog who is cleaner than the room was. Total disappointment!

Showed up second shift clerk took the ground level room we was supposed to get as they put us into a second floor room unacceptable when wife is BLIND CANT WALK UP AND DOWN STAIRS so clerk split our family up into 2 rooms into 2 different buildings one in one building on second floor and us on first floor in a king room with a broken heat/AC unit toilet that ran all night and banging from a neighbor all night wasn't worth a dime I spent on it and will NEVER BOOK AGAIN OR RECOMMEND AT ALL EVER

Was not handicap equipped for bathroom out dated toilet, tub was just down right gross. Requested no carpet, no pets, no smoking, and handicap accessible. I received an email stating that my accommodations will be available for my stay and that was a lie. I will not be returning to your hotel in any near future.

The floors hadn't been vacuumed or at least not everywhere. Shower wall wasn't cleaned well and the dust ruffle had a huge area of mold on it.
