Their was trash under our beds and went down to the lobby around 8 and the breakfast was not good. Pancake machine was broke which was a deal breaker cause my kids were looking for to breakfast especially pancakes.

The best staff EVER..the room was not as clean as it should have been..there was food left from the last guest/guests in the refrigerator..and the breakfast was not as good as other holiday Inn express hotels we have stayed at before..but as I said the staff was absolutely amazing..oh and I was charged around $10 more than what booking.com quoted me

The price was highway robbery. The toilet didn’t flush well and just prior to our departure, it finally overflowed. The shower didn’t drain well. Taking a shower resulted in wading in ankle deep water.
