Price, and pet friendly.
Negatives:
Drink machine didn't work. No vending machine for snacks. Other than waffle batter, no hot items like potatoes, bacon, eggs, or sausage on breakfast bar. On the second morning, no one was out front and the juice machine was empty. No muffins, like on the first morning. I realize you get what you pay for, and I wasn't expecting the Hampton Inn or Marriott, but these oversights shouldn't happen.

Everything, it was disgusting, there was a smell in the room, stains on the floor and cockroaches, there wasn’t even a real lock for my door it would open up if you jiggled the handle. They didn’t have towels in the room and all they had was one sheet on the bed. I tried to get a refund but the lady at the front wouldn’t give me one, she said i already paid and there was nothing she could do, i called and made a complaint but they didn’t seem to care, after seeing the other reviews i understand why they didn’t. So i left and got another hotel because there was no way I was staying in that place, i only booked there being it was the only one open around campus for the game that night so i ended up driving out the way and paying double but still worth it in my opinion after seeing the room.

Morning staff was pleasant & friendly. Checkout was simple.

I took advantage of the pre registration online only to arrive and still have to sign & fill out paperwork. Online it said all I had to do was pick up the key. I thought we had a 2 queen bedroom. Turns out the wooden base was queen size, while the mattresses were full. Wooden base stuck out on all sides and we continually uncomfortably hit our legs on it. This is not a normal format for a bed frame. Mattresses were uncomfortably hard. Carpet is filthy after looking at the bottoms of our bare feet! Toilet had urine all around the base, and squares of toilet paper on the floor upon arrival. Outlet on lamp was broken and did not work. Carpet is torn in places and raggedy looking. Went to use luggage cart, as we tried to turn out of the room, the whole metal rack fell off one side as it was not even attached. Worst of all ... 3 of us shared a room...we were left 1 washcloth, 1 bath mat, a handtowel and a 2nd bath mat I guess we were supposed to use for a towel. Went that night to the front desk about 9 pm, waited 15 minutes, no one ever came. We were provided towels in the morning.

My stay was terrible. There were no blankets on the beds, only sheets. No washcloths. Terrible stains on the hallway carpets. Elevator was not working and we had to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. Water leak under the bathroom sink. Cockroach on the bathroom counter.

place had cracks holes in ceiling, stained carpets , hallways and room stunk, tub drain did not work ,breakfast worst i had coffee and tea cold at 6am when opened, orange juice tainted , apple juice so water down could barely taste apple, cereal tasted like cheap knock off brand, receptionist took over 20 min per person leading to long back up while talking to a male voice on her phone whole time went to check out at 8 am nobody at counter again later , me and another male left our room keys on counter elevator not working so me a disabled person had a third floor room

When i arrived I should have known the facility was not my liking because I dis not see any cars and other guest there. I had a weird vibe when I went up stairs. And a few customers came in to check out there rooms and they asked for a refund back.

Poorly maintained many broken fixtures. Billed as a nonsmoking facility but cigarette burns evident on the bedding. No blanket or bedspread. Carpet was dirty and stained.
One of the long term guests told me the manager has been running the property into the ground.
Bugs, spiders and beetles seen in the room. If I had not been so tired and in pain I would have left immediately.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Commmunication: made reservations online chosen for pet friendly. Get a text about advance checkin saying no pets allowed - panicked had to call and verify.
Bathroom no trash can and the only phone in the bathroom by the tub at knee height - not by the bed it was odd. Remote didn’t work well all buttons and the ac unit I had ti struggle with to get to turn on

It was very dirty. The bathroom door has holes in it. The bathroom sink was dirty. The bedding was dirty the fridge was dirty. 2 hard pillows per bed wasn't nearly enough. And when we asked for more they said they didn't have any. The beds were rock hard. The TV didn't work and there was basically no lights but some lamps and the room smelled.
