Negatives: When we first got there the guy at the front desk was rude and didn't seem to have a clue how to check us in when we used Booking.com to book our stay so he just charged my card again. Then we couldn't get in our room because the top door latch was locked from the inside so WE were told that WE needed to figure it out because they were booked. THEN to top it off we were woken up at 7 am by the fire alarm that No firemen and no fire ever showed up. While waiting to get back in our room my 14 year old was told by the front desk lady that "this sucks because i stayed out drinking and still had to come to work that morning! We always stay at Hampton inns and love it. But this hotel was a joke!
