We had a disruptive neighbor and my husband contacted the front desk about asking him to quiet down because we have 2 small children and it was 11pm. The girl who answered said “well what do you want me to do about that” and it was very unprofessional. After that, the neighbor still didn’t stop so it seems she either never contacted him or he disregarded her.

Positives:
Their fitness room (in door gym) had dumbbells that went up to 75LBS. I was highly surprised by this. I was able to get in quite a decent workout. This is something I will look for in the future as I do not like to break my routine and this location helped me keep it.
Negatives:
Overall I think it was a good experience. The elevator stopped working but even that didn't detract very much for me, I dont mind using the steps.
