Positives: the bed was comfortable

Negatives: I booked a wheelchair accessible room and it was not one. The pool wasnt open Website said 1:00 pm late checkout but was not true The hot water was not hot The toilet overflowed and maintenance came and fixed problem but didnt get up the water There was a baby roach on the bed The remote’s volume did not work

Positives: The desk clerk on Friday was excellent. The room was poorly cleaned and sticky. So I'll give you a 50/50. I would stay again though
