When we were checking in there was an intoxicated guest arguing with the manager. The room smelt of cigarettes. I think people use this hotel for sex trafficking.

I got charged twice for the room. Once on Venmo and once on my American Express. I initially paid online with Venmo. When I got to hotel they were only suppose to charge my American Express for incidentals, but they charged me for room, too. . It’s been a nightmare trying to reconcile it. At this point they should just comp me the room. I’ve been dealing with Booking.com and the hotel about it for three days.

I liked the layout it provided traveling with grown children. Everyone had space. There was a kitchen.
Negatives:
It was the beginning of Summer, we wanted to go swimming, the pool was absolutely disgusting. Not just dirty, but disgustingly so. Coincidentally the Residence Marriott in Charlotte North Carolina was the exact same way. Both hotel pools look like they have zero maintenance and upkeep. Not sanitary to be entered. Thick slime covering the surface, and debris in the pool.
