The availability of a room, as there were events going on, and they said it had the only available room left on the property
Negatives:
The room had empty food container under the bed. The room was in generally poor condition, with internet not available and tv sporadically working,making it unwatchable. The back door to the property was not secure, and couldnt even close it. The food was below average, with no meats, or fruit. The building had dilapidated junk cars on the property, which also was very run down. The price was increased above the stated cost on Booking.com. Why Im not sure.

Rooms and bathrooms need upgraded. Doorways were rusty, carpet was worn and dirty. Breakfast is not great.

I would pay 25 dollars not 80 dollars
Positives:
Didn't get room I booked. Was supposed to be first floor poolside. Several people live at hotel and they are on back poolside. I was also supposed to be on bottom floor but was put on second floor without an elevator. Stairs hurt my back and hip due to MS, but was told no bottom floor was left. Stay was still pretty good, just had to stay up at room so to not hurt myself.

This was a great hotel that was right off the hwy on our way to Nashville. Adequate breakfast for being on the go! Great overall experience.

Bed was good, clean. The pool was outstanding! Very clean and refreshing. Size of room was good.
Negatives:
The lock on the door to the room ((card reader portion) was very difficult to operate. The reader would take the data, green light would come on (not every time swiping) but the latch would not engage. Very frustrating. Tried with both cards, even the manager had a difficult time getting it to catch.

I loved the gazebos the most. They are out about the pool and it is a good place to sit and relax

I didnt like that the hallways were so hot and the smell of marijuana was too strong. Not saying I don't like marijuana I do(I smoke the hell out of it).
